INVERTEBRATE ANIMALS

Hace unos días, los alumnos/as de 4º de Alatoz salieron en busca de animales.


La búsqueda era de invertebrados, ya que era el tema que estábamos estudiando en Science. Conseguimos encontrar varios ejemplares, el truco está en quedarse quieto y observar.







Con toda la información recogida, han elaborado unas fichas describiendo los animales que encontraron.

FLY




A fly is an insect,they have got two wings and four legs.
They have got three parts: abdomen, head and thorax.
They have got two antennae.
Antennae are in the head.
In the thorax, they've got the legs and the wings.
Flies can fly.

BUTTERFLY




This animal is an invertebrate.They have two wings and  legs
because,they can fly but they don´t walk.
The butterfly have two antennae, a thorax, a head and an abdomen.The reproduction of the butterfly is called metamorphosis.The larvae hatch from eggs. They are called caterpillars and they look like worms. Caterpillars turn into adults inside chrysallis and they turn into an adult butterfly.

SPIDER




It is a spider, they are in the arachnids group. Spiders have got eight legs, cephalothorax and a head.
They can be very fast and small. They haven´t got a shell.
Spiders are terrestrial.

CENTIPEDE




It is an invertebrate animal. They have got many legs, two antennae and many segments made up of hard plates.

An ant have got two antennae, six legs, a big jaw, a head, an abdomen, thorax, etc. They live in soil and some ants can be very dangerous.

BEETLE




The beetle is an insect. They have got six legs, two antennae, cephalothorax and abdomen. You can see beetles in the countryside. Beetles are mainly black.
